TR6 CHASSIS OVERHAUL

This package includes chassis repair items #1 through #8. Note reduced labor as opposed to individual items.

TR6 CHASSIS REPAIRS

1. FRONT SUSPENSION: New parts included - All control arm bushings, ball joints, trunnions, sway bar link kit, sway bar bushings, sway bar clamps and U bolts, front end alignment, lube.

2. REAR SUSPENSION: New parts included - Trailing arm pivot bushings (stock grade), shock links, rear axle shaft boots (over universal and slip joints), rear wheel alignment. (Clean and regrease slip joints included) (Brake system bleeding included)

3. SPRINGS AND DAMPERS: New parts included - Front coil springs and packings (stock grade), rear coil springs and packings (uprated grade, not racing), front dampers (stock grade), rear dampers (lever stock grade).

4. STEERING: New parts included - Aluminum rack mounting kit, steering rack boot kit, outer tie rod ends, clean and relube steering rack, front end wheel alignment.

Note: If front end alignment is included in scope of work from other section, deduct $40 from steering cost.

5. UNIVERSAL JOINTS: New parts included - 6 new universal joints

6. DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT KIT: New parts included - Differential mounting kit (frame repair not included)

7. WHEEL BEARINGS - FRONT: New parts included - Front wheel bearings, inner and outer seals and grease.

8. REAR HUB BEARINGS: New parts included - Wheel bearings, seals, collapsible spacers, locking nuts, grease.

BRAKE SYSTEM REBUILD:
New parts included - New master cylinder, brake directional valve rebuild kit, caliper repair kit, stainless steel caliper pistons, brake pad set (stock grade), anti-squeal kit, rear wheel cylinder repair kits, rear wheel cylinder mount kits, brake shoes, brake drum screws, four brake hoses and brake fluid.
Parts and labor $1055.00

Note: Brake pipes replaced as required at additional cost. Rotors and drums machined or replaced as required at additional cost.

TR6 ENGINE AND TUNE-UP

1. FUEL SYSTEM TUNE-UP: New parts included - Fuel filter, fuel pump rebuild kit, carburettor rebuild kits, throttle bypass kits, air filters.

2. IGNITION SYSTEM TUNE-UP: New parts included - Ignition coil, contact points set, condenser, rotor cap, distributor cap, Champion spark plugs, adjust ignition timing.
Parts and labor $225.00

3. VALVE TRAIN: Adjust valve clearance, new valve cover gasket, test cylinder pressure before and after.
Total $80.00

4. CRANKSHAFT THRUST BEARINGS: Install new crankshaft thrust bearings, oil pan gasket and engine oil.
Total $225.00

5. COOLING SYSTEM: New parts included - Thermostat, thermostat gasket, temperature sending unit, double pulley water pump and gasket, radiator cap, hose kit, antifreeze/coolant, cook out and clean radiator, fan belts.
Parts and labor $580.00

Note: Radiator leaks repaired at additional cost

TR6 GEARBOX AND DIFFERENTIAL

1. CLUTCH SYSTEM OVERHAUL: New parts included - Three-piece clutch kit, master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch push rod, cross shaft, clutch fork, taper pin, cross shaft bushings, throw out bearing and sleeve.
